Virtual Receptionist Terms

Effective date: October 10, 2026

These terms apply to the ALLIT Networks AI Virtual Receptionist service. Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include any applicable taxes. These terms are in addition to our general Terms and Conditions. If the two conflict, these terms control for the Virtual Receptionist service.

Plans

Standard: $500 per month, with a 14-day free trial.
Start Today: $450 per month, billed starting on the day you sign up, with no free trial.
Annual: $4,795 per year, paid in advance, renewing each year at the then-current annual price.

Free trial

A credit or debit card is required to start the Standard plan's free trial. The 14-day trial begins on the day your receptionist goes live and answers calls, not on the day you sign up. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your card will be charged $500 when the trial ends and monthly after that.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans are month to month, with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. You can cancel at any time by contacting us at support@allitnet.com or (805) 833-6680. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month, and monthly fees already paid are not refunded.

Annual plan

The Annual plan is paid in full in advance. If you cancel during the year, we will refund the unused whole months remaining in your plan year, prorated from the annual price. Partial months are not refunded.

Price changes

We may change our prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change affects your plan, and the new price will apply starting with your next billing period after the notice period. Discounted rates, including the Start Today rate, are your rate going forward unless we give notice of a change under this section.

Payments, failed payments and card updates

Plans are billed automatically to the card on file.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and you will have 5 days to update your payment method. If the payment is not resolved within 5 days, your receptionist service may be suspended until it is.
We may remind you before the card on file expires so your service is not interrupted.

Your phone number

Each plan includes a dedicated business phone number provided by ALLIT Networks for as long as your plan is active. If you forward your existing number to the receptionist, you can turn forwarding off at any time through your phone carrier. Numbers provided by ALLIT Networks remain the property of ALLIT Networks after cancellation unless we agree in writing to transfer them.

Call recordings and AI disclosure

The receptionist identifies itself as an AI assistant and tells callers that calls may be recorded. You are responsible for any additional notices your business is required to give its own customers.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
