Our Services

ALLIT Networks provides IT support, network setup, AI integration and training, virtual receptionist services, and related technology services.

Calls to our business line may be answered by an AI receptionist and may be recorded for quality and training.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

1. Program name: ALLIT Networks Customer Notifications

2. Program description: ALLIT Networks sends text messages only to people who explicitly opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox in the chat window on our website at allitnet.com, after reading the SMS consent disclosure shown with it. Simply providing your phone number, without agreeing to receive text messages, is not consent. Messages include:

Customer care: appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling updates, missed-call follow-up, replies to service inquiries and availability checks, and customer support.
Marketing: occasional follow-up and promotional messages about our services, sent only to people who checked the separate marketing consent box.

3. Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number that sent you messages. We will confirm your unsubscribe status with one final message, and after that you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again the same way you did initially, and we will resume sending messages to you.

5. Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your appointment schedule. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Supported carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

8. Age restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

9. Consent not required for purchase: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
